Large Cutting Area
With one of the largest cutting areas available (3.1 x 2.1 metres), we handle large-format projects in a single piece — minimising joints and maximising precision.

Why Woodini
With one of the largest cutting areas available (3.1 x 2.1 metres), we handle large-format projects in a single piece — minimising joints and maximising precision.
We process a broad variety of materials — including wood, acrylic, PVC, and aluminium composite panels — providing tailored solutions for every need, from bespoke furniture to professional signage.
We operate high-precision CNC technology, delivering intricate cuts and impeccable finishes — perfectly suited for technical parts, bespoke design projects, and consistent series production.
We are committed to sustainability, optimising material efficiency and reducing waste while providing environmentally responsible options and intelligent solutions designed to lower environmental impact.
The process
CNC milling is an automated machining process where a high-speed milling tool precisely removes material according to a pre-programmed digital design. It allows for the creation of custom 2D components as well as complex three-dimensional and textured surfaces, delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Equipped with 3-axis CNC milling machines and a working area of 3100 × 2100 mm, we can machine and engrave a broad range of materials.
Materials
Every material has its own unique properties, and our expertise enables us to advise on the most suitable solution for each project.
Applications
CNC technology allows us to manufacture a broad range of custom products, precisely tailored to meet each client’s specific requirements.
Perfect for façades, interior spaces, and corporate branding. Produced in PVC, acrylic, MDF, and aluminium composite panels, with adjustable depth to create a bold visual impact.
Designed for both interior and exterior applications, ensuring excellent visibility and long-lasting durability in all weather conditions. We use high-performance materials such as Dibond and PVC.
From product supports to bespoke structures for events and retail environments, we design and manufacture functional, visually striking solutions in materials such as acrylic for a contemporary finish or wood for a sustainable aesthetic.
We produce custom lightboxes and backlit panels, precision-machining materials to seamlessly integrate LED lighting systems. Common solutions include 19mm PVC with internal pocketing, opal acrylic, and Dibond.
We manufacture bespoke parts for industrial and engineering applications, delivering millimetre-precision machining across a range of technical materials.
